What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, business name, billing details) and the brands and keywords you choose to monitor. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
What we store from sources
For each mention we store the source name and type, the URL, a short snippet around your matched keyword, a sentiment tag and a timestamp. We do not store full article text at any point.
How we use your data
To run the service: match keywords, send your notifications and reports, provide support and bill you. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
Data isolation
Every account is isolated at the database level. Within agency accounts, each client workspace is further isolated so one client's data is never visible in another client's view or report.
Retention and export
Mentions and reports are retained for the life of your account. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion removes your account data within 30 days.
