The service
mention.au is a notification service. We monitor public sources for your chosen keywords and notify you with a snippet, source and link. We are not a publisher and do not licence source content to you.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a brand cap, notification cadence and keyword capability as described on the pricing page. Limits are enforced in the product; upgrading raises them immediately.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian dollars and include GST. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated within the billing cycle. Invoices are available in the Billing section.
Acceptable use
You may use mentions for your own monitoring, reporting and internal decision making. You may not use mention.au to republish source content, to build a competing aggregation service, or to monitor individuals for harassment.
Availability
Source availability changes. We monitor the health of our source directory, but we cannot guarantee every mention on the public internet will be found.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
