- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — $0 forever for one brand and one keyword. We ask for a card only if you choose to move to a paid plan.
- What happens if I outgrow it?
- You can upgrade to Starter, Growth or Agency Portfolio at any time from Billing. Your brand, keyword and history carry across.
- Do you republish the articles?
- Never. You get a short snippet, the source name and a link to the original page. We don't touch paywalled or private content.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. Deleting your account removes your brands, keywords and mention history from mention.au.
